ALLBIO: EMBRACE metagenomics interoperability meeting

The topics of the EMBRACE meetings have always been (and will remain) software and data interoperability in bioinformatics. This time around, we will discuss these topics with metagenomics in mind. It will not be a metagenomics meeting but a meeting on the issues related to make data and software in this field (and in general) cooperate (better). Topics will include ontologies, databases, software, web services, etc. We will in this workshop not answer biological questions, but deal with the interoperability of the bioinformatics tools commonly used in the field.
