Marine biotech workshop at EFIB2015

Micro B3  was one of four EU projects providing its views during this workshop. During a lecture and short panel discussions our views were represented by Johanna Wesnigk from managing partner EMPA Bremen. High interest was shown in marine genetic resources and questions related to ABS by large industry representatives and also by a delegate from South Africa.

It was decided that the subject of project databases and long-term maintenance and availability of data merits further discussions.
